Jonah crafts legal strategies for estate plans, businesses, trademarks, and copyright protection.

During law school, Jonah served as Vice President and as a student attorney for the Liberty University School of Law Intellectual Property Clinic. There, he gained experience in business law, trademarks, copyright, and intellectual property ownership and transfer. He competed in the USPTO National Patent Drafting Competition and has worked with multiple firms in the southeast U.S. on businesses, patents, trademarks, and copyright litigation and planning.

Jonah has a passion for peacemaking. He served as Vice Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution executive board while in law school and competed in the national ABA Client Counseling Competition. Jonah also served as the Chaplain of his law school class. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Counseling.

He understands that a thorough estate plan can provide peace of mind for individuals in some of the most challenging seasons of life. Jonah has experience working with wills, living trusts, asset protection trusts, trust administration, and the probate court, and he uses all of those tools to help craft estate plans that work best for each individual.

At Echols Law Group, Jonah combines his passion, experience, and education to represent clients in an individualized way that enables them to achieve their goals.

In his spare time, Jonah enjoys playing mandolin and other stringed instruments, brewing good coffee, and reading.
